PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illustration creating program which easily draws a plurality of lines, such as a concentration line, and to provide a line drawing program which draws lines, while forecasting as if drawing lines on a paper, using a ruler. SOLUTION: Sorts of rulers, corresponding to display on a ruler window 5, are stored in a storage part of a computer. The ruler window 5 can set the kind of the ruler, when a ruler icon 3f is selected in a tool-setting window 3. A straight line ruler, a triangular ruler, and a curved ruler are prepared as the kinds of the ruler. A continuous line drawing function, which draws a plurality of parallel lines and draws a plurality of radial line shapes, is prepared.
