PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently manufacturing an aqueous solution containing a gold ion which has a highly absorbable, small molecular structure. SOLUTION: A gold solution prepared by dissolving gold in aqua regia is evaporated to dryness in a vessel. After the evaporation step, a dried matter-dissolving step wherein a deposit remaining inside the vessel is dissolved in aqua regia and a re-evaporation step wherein the resulting dried matter solution is evaporated to dryness are each performed at least once.
