SEAL RING FOR CHAIN, AND ROLLER CHAIN USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability of a chain without excessively increasing its bending resistance. SOLUTION: A pair of first seal lips 11 and 11 that are directed inward are formed in an inner circumferential surface, a pair of second seal lips 12 and 12 that are directed diagonally outward are formed in an outer circumferential surface, and a pair of third seal lips 13 and 13 in the direction of an axis C are formed on the outer circumferential side of base parts of the first seal lips 11 and 11. Compression strength in the direction of the axis C by the second seal lips 12 and 12 is set smaller than compression strength in the direction of the axis C by the third seal lips 13 and 13.
