PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof pan for a bathroom capable of improving heat-insulating properties and sound insulating properties. SOLUTION: The waterproof pans 7 and 8 are installed under a bathtub 2 for the bathroom 1 and under a washing place 3. The waterproof pans 7 and 8 are made of a synthetic resin and have a hollow double wall structure. Resin foams 11 and 13 are sealed into the hollow sections 10 and 12 of the pans 7 and 8 having the hollow double wall structure, and heat-insulating properties and sound insulating properties are held. The interfaces are welded onto the internal surfaces of the hollow sections 10 and 12 of the pans 7 and 8 in the resin foams 11 and 13 sealed into the hollow sections 10 and 12 of the pans 7 and 8 having the hollow double wall structure.
