PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorption pad which can simply be manufactured. SOLUTION: In the state of sandwiching an absorption material 2 between a permeable sheet 14 and a waterproof sheet 15, the periphery of the absorption material 2 is sealed to manufacture a belt-like pad main body 3. Subsequently, side parts 23 on both of the sides of the pad main body 3 are folded back to the side of the permeable sheet 14 (in the direction of an arrow X shown in the drawing) to form folded-back parts 19. A both-side seal 20 is stuck to the bottom and a prescribed range in the folded-back parts 19 on both of the sides of the pad main body 3. After sticking the seal, in a state where the permeable sheets 14 face each other, the sheet part 4 is stuck to the pad main body 3 in a positioned state. Thus, a bag-state urine collection bag where the folded-bag parts 19 are positioned in the inside of the bag and housing recess parts are formed at side parts on both of the sides is manufactured.
