PURPOSE: A microfluidic control unit using magnetic force is provided to transfer correctly without changing a chemical characteristic and a physical characteristic of the fluid by using the magnetic force. CONSTITUTION: A microfluidic control unit using magnetic force includes a micro channel(11), a fluid inflow portion(13), a substrate(10), a plunger(30), a plunger driving portion(40), and a control portion(50). The micro channel(11) is used for transferring the fluid. The fluid inflow portion(13) is formed at one side of the micro channel(11). The substrate(10) includes a plunger reception portion(21) which is connected to the fluid inflow portion(13) of the micro channel(11). The plunger(30) is installed in the inside of the plunger reception portion(21). The plunger(30) is formed with a magnetic body or a permanent magnet. The plunger driving portion(40) generates the magnetic force. The control portion(50) controls the driving speed of the plunger(30).
