PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve dust resistance, water resistance and antifreezing properties by sealing a part constituting a decelerating mechanism into a window lifting device lifting and lowering a window and preventing the intrusion of a foreign substance and waterdrops. SOLUTION: The decelerating mechanism 4 has an outer gear 43 composed of an internal ring gear eccentrically rotated by a worm wheel 41, an inner gear 45 engaged with the outer gear 43 and axially supported to an output shaft 42 concentrically and a transmission disk 44 transmitting the revolving torque of the outer gear 43 to an inner gear 45 in the X direction and the Y direction. The worm wheel 41, the outer gear 43, the inner gear 45 and the transmission disk 44 are finished interiorly into a housing 2 in which the inside constituted of a base 201 and a cap 202 is sealed. The front end of the output shaft 42 is projected from the housing 2, and connected to an arm 5.
