<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a compressed state of the inside of a stack positioned inside an end plate from being loosened by vehicle vibration or the like, and to prevent performance degradation of a fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: In this fastening structure of a fuel cell stack, a fastening member is provided with an L-shaped form composed of a fastening part and a side face part. The fastening member is fixed to the end plate by a first fixing member inserted in parallel with a stacking direction in the fastening part, and by a second fixing member inserted in a direction perpendicular to the first fixing member in the side face part.
