<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical information recording medium having a disk property suitable for coping with high line speed/high sensitivity and being excellent in storage stability, and to provide the optical information recording medium having a sulphiding corrosion prevention effect of a reflective layer made especially of Ag based material, maintaining production efficiency, and also maintaining the recording characteristics as an optical disk. <P>SOLUTION: The optical information recording medium has a first dielectric layer, a recording layer, a second dielectric layer and a reflective layer sequentially on a transparent substrate. The optical information recording medium is characterized by preparing a barrier layer made of the materials composed of mixture of carbonized materials and oxide including at least one metal chosen from Ti, Zr, V, Nb, Ta, Cr, Mo and W at a side contacting the reflective layer of the second dielectric layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
