<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a schedule management system allowing efficient grasping of participation possibilities of object people at a point of time when setting a common schedule between a plurality of users and there is no common available date and time. <P>SOLUTION: A system server 1 composing the schedule management system is provided with a storing means such as a magnetic disk, and schedule information of each user is stored along with priority. The system server 1 is connected to a terminal device 4 or the like via a communication network 2, or a LAN 3a or 3b, and schedule information is unitarily managed and provided via the network. From the terminal device 4 or the like, in addition to reference and registration of schedule information per each user, a list of priorities of schedule of object people at an appointed date and time and its tabulation can be acquired from the system server 1 when carrying out adjustment of a common schedule between a plurality of people.
