<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize high-accuracy project progress management by certainly prompting a project manager to start an early countermeasure. <P>SOLUTION: A progress information collection device manages progress information about work of each person in charge, and a progress information management part unitarily manages the notified progress information. A progress information analysis device can analyze the progress information about each the work and dependent work from the progress information managed by the progress information management part, WBS information managed by a WBS management part, and component information.
