<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card with a high print density, with transferred images of good scratch resistance and light resistance. <P>SOLUTION: An IC card, having an inlet provided with an IC unit on a core sheet and an over sheet laminated on one surface on the IC unit side of the inlet or both the surfaces thereof, is provided with a receiving layer comprising, as a main component, a resin with colorant dyeing property at least on a part of the over sheet.
