A connection device includes a clutch mechanism 50 and a gear reduction gear 60 for connecting an electric motor 40 with a driving wheel selectively and supplying torque to the wheel singly or by combining with input from an internal combustion engine. Driving torque can be supplied from the internal combustion engine only.
