<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an excess air ratio quickly reach a target after switching, while preventing generation of torque fluctuation. <P>SOLUTION: This control device comprises: an intake fresh air amount/fuel injection amount control means 31 controlling a fresh air amount and a fuel injection amount depending on operating conditions; and a fuel injection amount increasing/decreasing means 31 increasing/decreasing the fuel injection amount in a period where no torque fluctuation occurs while an actual fresh air amount flowing into a cylinder reaches a target fresh air amount, when the excess air ratio is controlled to be changed from more than 1 to 1 or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
