<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rational charging system for an insurance premium in an insurance system using a vehicular imaging apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: Since the charging system includes a management server 18 which is a receiver receiving image information picked up by a digital camera 24 which is the vehicular imaging apparatus, a usage fee calculating means 44 (S4) for calculating a usage fee responding to an amount of image information received by the management server 18, and an insurance premium calculating means 46 (S5) for calculating the insurance premium from the usage fee calculated by the usage fee calculating means 44 and a predetermined basic fee, the insurance premium can be escalated in response to an imaging time by the digital camera 24, namely, a driving time of a user.
