TIME-SERIES EVENT PREDICTING METHOD AND DEVICE, TIME-SERIES EVENT PREDICTING PROGRAM AND COMPUTER-READABLE RECORDING MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute highly precise event prediction by effectively using the change pattern of states included in the time series data of hourly observed states in event prediction using a decision tree.

SOLUTION: At the time of preparing a decision tree for prediction, a state number change pattern identifying/recording means 12 applies the change pattern of state numbers being the observed values of time series events across a plurality of time continuing in several minutes at predetermined time with state number change pattern identification numbers for identifying each of them, and a state number change pattern identification number time serialization recording means 13 records the time serialized data of the identification numbers, and a decision tree preparing means 15 prepares a decision tree by including the state number change pattern identification numbers as one of attribute values. A decision tree use predicting means 16 includes the change pattern of the state numbers until the current point of time in conditions at the time of tracing the decision tree to obtain the predicted values of events in the future from the decision tree.
