<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a hydrothermally solidified material exhibiting satisfied strength with the molding efficiency improved. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the hydrothermally solidified material has a formulation step S10 for preparing a formulated matter for hydrothermal solidification with raw materials including CaO component and SiO<SB>2</SB>component, a molding step S20 for molding the formulated matter for hydrothermal solidification by a dry press method to form a molding and a hydrothermal step S30 for hydrothermally treating the molding to obtain the hydrothermally solidified material solidified by yielding calcium silicate hydrate. When the raw materials include a fine particulate raw material, the formulation step S10 comprises a granulation step S11 for previously granulating a part of or the whole of the fine particulate raw material incorporating at least slaked lime to make granulated powder and a main formulation step S12 for forming the formulated matter for hydrothermal solidification incorporating at least the granulated powder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
