摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved small drop jet device and a method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: This small drop jet device has a fluid channel layer, a metallic diaphragm layer having a laser-cut adhering region provided on the fluid channel layer, and a plurality of electric structures attached to the adhering region. The metallic diaphragm layer preferably has stainless steel. The laser-cut adhering region preferably includes a laser-cut patterned adhering region. The laser-cut adhering region preferably includes a plurality of points. The laser-cut adhering region preferably includes a plurality of laser-cut overlapped points. The laser-cut adhering region preferably includes a plurality of laser-cut points which are overlapped in the range of approximately 20-60 %.
