<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biaxially oriented polyester film which restrains the precipitation of a dye on its surface, has excellent heat insulating properties and design characteristics and is suitably applied to a window. <P>SOLUTION: This biaxially oriented laminated polyester film is constituted by co-extruding at least three polyester layers including an inner polyester layer containing a dye substantially soluble in a polyester to laminate them and characterized in that a resin layer containing metal-added metal oxide particles or metal oxide particles is formed on one surface of the film.
