PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic device capable of displaying blood flow images correctly indicating the direction of a blood flow in a contrast echo method and improving penetration. SOLUTION: To respective scanning lines, a first ultrasonic pulse and a second ultrasonic pulse for which at least one of phase modulation and amplitude modulation by a prescribed rate is executed to the first ultrasonic pulse are repeatedly transmitted at one rate to a prescribed part and echo signals based on the first ultrasonic pulse and the second ultrasonic pulse are received. Of the received echo signals, nonlinear reflection components are extracted from a frequency band corresponding to the fundamental waves of the first ultrasonic pulse and the second ultrasonic pulse, a speed signal value and a power value regarding a moving body present inside a testee body are obtained on the basis of the nonlinear reflection components and sound wave images are generated on the basis of them in the ultrasonic diagnostic device.
