PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus for obtaining a good image free from an offset, as to a film fixation device. SOLUTION: As for the fixation device wherein a bias is made to flow in a path of a fixation film, to a transfer paper, to a paper ejection roller, the device is provided with a uniformalizing member for uniformalizing a residual charge remaining on the fixation film in order to cope with fixation- tailing.
