PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infrared shielding film and an infrared shielding structure using the same for sustaining the infrared shielding effect for a long period even when using an infrared absorbent. SOLUTION: A reflecting layer 2 composed of at least either a metallic film or a metallic oxide film is formed on a surface of a film base material 1, an adhesive layer 3 for film adhesion is formed on a surface of the reflecting layer 2, an infrared absorbing layer 4 containing an infrared absorbent is formed on a rear surface of the film base material 1, and the reflecting layer 2 is positioned on an arrival side of the infrared as against the absorbing layer 4.
