<p>PURPOSE: Provided are particles comprising a biopolymer which is degradable when exposed to an electromagnetic wave present in the range of solar radiation, and discharges active substances for use as cosmetics, dermatological drugs, medicaments, agricultural foods and agriculturally active materials. CONSTITUTION: The particles comprise at least one biopolymer including nucleic acid degradable under the effect of an electromagnetic wave present in the range of solar radiation. The biopolymer is selected from the group consisting of DNA, RNA, oligonucleotides, oligonucleosides and mixtures thereof. Particularly, the particles are selected from the group consisting of microcapsules, nanocapsules, microspheres, nanospheres, liposomes and mixtures thereof.</p> |
