<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgery apparatus allowing various types of operations and techniques and shortening an operation time. <P>SOLUTION: This surgery apparatus is provided with a long sheath tube 2 having, at least, two approximately straight ports 2a and 2b in its axial direction and inserted into the body, a body part having a narrow, long and approximately shaft-shaped insertion part 32 and a handle unit 41 disposed in a base end part of the insertion part 32, a treatment part 33 disposed in the tip part of the body part and bending in the direction of deviating from the axial direction of the insertion part 32, when the handle unit 41 is bently operated from the attachment part, and a multi-degree-of-freedom forceps 3 to be inserted in a port 2a of the sheath tube 2.
