<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a credit negating method which can automatically conduct credit negation by a computer from both detailed data of billing and detailed data of payment which are extracted by the narrowing-down processing regarding a subject with regard to an amount claimed and an amount of payment, which are included in these pieces of data. <P>SOLUTION: A server 1 comprises an operation control 10, a billing detailed master 11a, a payment detailed master 12a, a customer master 13, negation procedure master 14, a transfer charge master 15, a negation program storage part 16, a RAM 17 having the negation program stored therein, a communication part 18 which makes communication with the outside world, and a temporary billing detailed master 11b and a temporary payment detailed master 12b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
