<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet printing system used in offset printing, and to manufacture a fixing solution and an ink with improved durability and quality of printing, in particular, improved puddling, cloud and bleeding. <P>SOLUTION: The inkjet printing system to be used in offset printing consists of the fixing solution and the ink. The fixing solution comprises a fixing agent polymer and the first fluoro-surfactant package comprising a fluoro-surfactant and a hydrocarbon surfactant. The ink comprises an electrically charged dye and the second fluoro-surfactant package.
