NEGATIVE ELECTRODE MATERIAL, NEGATIVE ELECTRODE USING THE SAME, LITHIUM ION BATTERY USING THAT NEGATIVE ELECTRODE, AND LITHIUM-POLYMER BATTERY

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a negative electrode material capable of improving efficient charge and discharge characteristic by smoothing insertion of lithium ions when charging and discharging and reaction for desorption, and to provide a negative electrode using the same.

SOLUTION: As the negative electrode material, a plurality of laminated layers of flat graphite nets 11 having the mean diameter of 10 nm-500 nm, and the graphite net is mainly formed from carbon nano fibers 12 practically vertical to the vertical axis of the fiber, and this carbon nano fiber has length of 1000 nm or more and aspect ratio of 10 or more. The negative electrode material contains, in addition to the carbon nano fibers, agglomerated particles 13 formed from carbon particles having the graphite structure, and contains 80 wt%-99.5 wt% carbon nano fibers and 0.5 wt%-20 wt% agglomerated particles.
