SEPARATOR OF SOLID POLYMER FUEL CELL AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SEPARATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an electric resistance between a gas diffused layer and a separator body.

SOLUTION: A separator 50 is obtained by connecting the gas diffused layer 6 to the separator body 51. The gas diffused layer 6 is constituted of a porous material having a plurality of pores 6a communicating with each other. Each pore 6a is opened with an annular port 6b at the surface 51a side of the separator body 51. A part between the respective annular ports 6b is formed in a surface-like part 6c along the surface 51a of the separator body 51, and is connected to the surface 51a of the separator body 51 via this surface-like part 6c.
