<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal insulation tube capable of simultaneously achieving an increase in the volumetric efficiency and a reduction in the pulsation of a compressor forming a refrigerating cycle, and the refrigerating cycle in which the thermal insulation tube is installed in a refrigerant gas passage. <P>SOLUTION: The thermal insulation tube made of a material formed in a porous material by mixing at least both silicone oil and silicone rubber and including air bubbles therein is installed partly on the inside wall surface of the refrigerating cycle passage.
