PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal name display device appropriate for displaying a signal name set for the output signal line of a routing switcher. SOLUTION: The signal name display device comprises: a means storing information indicating the connection of the output signal lines/input signal lines outside a matrix in the routing switchers 3A and 3B in a matrix structure in which a plurality of input signal lines and output signal lines are crossed; a means for retrieving the output signal line which finally outputs the input signal of the reference input signal line of the routing switcher 3A on the basis of the stored information and the information indicating the connection of the input signal lines/output signal lines inside the matrix of the routing switchers 3A and 3B; and a means for displaying the signal name for the output signal line which finally outputs the input signal of the reference input signal line on the basis of the retrieved result and the information indicating the signal name for the output signal line of the routing switcher 3B.
