PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping structure of a mobile water supply and drain equipment system, preventing the occurrence of problems in sanitation such as deterioration of water quality and propagation of various germs caused by stay water remaining in a pipeline such as a water supply pipe and a hot water supply pipe in a buried unit of the mobile water supply and drain system. SOLUTION: In this piping structure of a mobile water supply and drain equipment system, which is a water supply and drain piping structure for the mobile water supply and drain system, a connecting joint 1 provided in each buried unit has a forked structure having two pipe connecting parts 3, 4 on the water supply and drain pipe connecting part side and a single pipe structure on the plug connecting part side to the apparatus side unit, and a valve mechanism opened in connection to the apparatus side unit and closed in attachment and detachment is provided in the plug connecting part, whereby a water supply and drain pipe is connected in series to a plurality of buried units, and a plug having high frequency in use is connected to the terminal.
