PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clock having a simple switching mechanism not using components such as a yoke or a setting lever. SOLUTION: This clock has a winding stem 1 mounted on a main plate 2, a clutch wheel 4 where an inner angular hole to be engaged with an angular part 1c of the winding stem 1 is formed, and a horizontally-movable setting wheel 5 held at an upper position when the winding stem 1 is positioned at an ordinary hand operation position and moved to a lower position when the winding stem 1 is positioned at a time correction time position. An elastic force is applied downward to the setting wheel 5 by a presser bar spring 16. The horizontally-movable setting wheel 5 is mounted on the main plate 2 so as to be disengaged respectively with the clutch wheel 4 and a minute wheel 6 when being positioned on the upper position and to be engaged respectively with the clutch wheel 4 and the minute wheel 6 when being positioned at the lower position.
