PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the use of a noncontact temperature detection apparatus while maintaining detection accuracy even under an easily staining environment, and to perform temperature detection with satisfactory responsivity by preventing degradation of a body to be detected by using the noncontact temperature detection apparatus. SOLUTION: The noncontact temperature detection apparatus comprises: a noncontact temperature detection means 21 for detecting temperature in noncontact state by receiving infrared rays radiated from the body to be detected 59; and a displacing means 71 which displaces the noncontact temperature detection means 21 between a first position for detecting the temperature of the body to be detected 59 and a second position for making the noncontact temperature detection means 21 cleanable.
