PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coin-operated rice polishing machine with rice vending function in which the construction cost of a building divided into a guest room and a machine room is reduced and the contamination of stone into brown rice is prevented when the brown rice preserved as it is is purchased. SOLUTION: The machine is provided with a conveyer for bringing in the brown rice charged into a brown rice charging opening, a stone removing device, a lift, a polished rice treating section discharging the polished rice in a polished rice tank through a polishing machine and a storing section sending brown rice to a storing tank and also discharging brown rice from the storing tank to the polished rice treating section. The brown rice preserved in the storing tank is polished or is not polished, and is discharged into the polished rice tank, alternatively, the brown rice charged into the brown rice charging opening is polished and is discharged into the polished rice tank, by operating by an operating panel in the guest room. The polished rice treating section and the storing section are placed in the machine room of the same building and a branched pipe leading from the stone removing device to the lift and a pipe leading to the storing tank of the storing section are installed at the outlet of the stone removing device and a passage switching device is installed at the branched place.
