PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the storage quantities of game media in respective tanks installed in a game island to a precise and appropriate amount. SOLUTION: The subject game medium processing device is provided with an upper tank 34 storing tokens recovered by a recovery means including a recovery conveyer 24 recovering the tokens. A sub-tank 21 is provided to carry the tokens between itself and the upper tank 34. A control means 68 controls the carrying of the tokens between the upper tank 34 and the sub-tank 21 subject to the storage amount of the tokens stored in the upper tank 34 and the recovering capacity of the recovery means.
