PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leader (1) for fly fishing, comprising polyvinylidene fluoride-based resin, having gracefulness restricting no movement of the fly and strength durable to shock of strike and also having loose waviness and no unevenness. SOLUTION: The leader for fly fishing comprises polyvinylidene fluoride-based resin and is composed of a butt part (2), a taper part (3) and a tippet part (4) which are continuously formed, wherein unevenness of the tippet part (4) is≤10% and unevenness of the butt part (2) is≤20%.
