PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dog lead capable of solving such a problem that the lead is made to be slack, creeps under the dog's body, and twines around the dog's foot, by mounting a stiff part on an area just near a collar put on the dog's neck. SOLUTION: This dog lead (2) is given by attaching a tube (1) to the area just near the collar (3) put on the dog's neck.
