<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester fiber having excellent color tone, forming very small amount of attachment to a cap even after a continuous long-term spinning through the spinning cap, having formability, especially properties of excellent productivity of a partially oriented yarn obtained by a middle to high speed spinning, and having improved hue. <P>SOLUTION: The polyester fiber is obtained by melt-spinning a polyester obtained by subjecting an ester-forming derivative of an aromatic dicarboxylic acid and an alkylene glycol to an ester-interchange reaction in the presence of a titanium compound soluble in the polyester polymer, finishing the ester-interchange reaction by adding a phosphorus compound, adding an alkali metal compound at an arbitrary time from a time before starting the ester interchange reaction to a time before starting a polycondensation reaction, and carrying out the polycondensation reaction of the resultant product, at 2,500-4,500 m/min winding speed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
