PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device that obtains stable pressing force and conveyance performance in belt fixing having a short rise time and prevents an image defect such as image displacement caused by a peripheral speed difference between a thermal fixing belt and a pressure member. SOLUTION: The fixing device includes an endless belt rotor (12) stretched between at least two fixing members, and the thermal fixing belt (14) stretched between the belt rotor and at least one member and subjected to heating.
