PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency circuit for easily transmitting signals on dielectric substrates whose materials and curvatures are different. SOLUTION: A first dielectric substrate 2, a second dielectric substrate 4 and a gas layer 7 provided between the first dielectric substrate 2 and the second dielectric substrate 4, are included, a signal conductor 1 of a suspended microstrip line is provided on the surface of the first dielectric substrate 2 opposed to the gas layer 7, and a ground conductor 4 and a slot part 5 are provided on the surface of the second dielectric substrate 4 on the side of the gas layer 7.
