PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote the sales of a commodity without imposing complicated works to both a user and a prize provider. SOLUTION: Two or more kinds of point medium coins A, B, C and D formed in a coin shape having the same dimension as a current coin and set to mutually different points are preliminarily housed in a medium coin processor 80. The point medium coin A, B, C or D having a point according to the sales of the commodity is delivered, whereby an additive value is given to the user through the point set in the point medium coin A, B, C or D. When two or more point medium coins A, B, C, D are inputted, the point medium coins A, B, C and D equivalent to the total point of the inputted point medium coins A, B, C and D are delivered.
