PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the situation that data can not be downloaded when a data download reservation overlaps with a program reservation in a broadcast receiver. SOLUTION: In this broadcast receiver that acquires download data from broadcasting, when the data download reservation overlaps with the program reservation, the data download reservation is made again to acquire the download data by receiving broadcast so that overlapping is avoided with the program reservation.
