<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve flow performance and efficiency by reducing pressure dependency at an opening. <P>SOLUTION: There are comprised of a chamber 11, an actuator for increasing and reducing the volume of the chamber 11, a plurality of passages 22 and 23 connected to the chamber 11, and openings 12 and 13 set for throttling the passage at a plurality of the passages respectively. At least the passage 23 out of a plurality of the passages provides openings 13a and 13b in parallel. For a plurality of the openings 13a and 13b installed in the passage 23 when the pressure in the chamber is increased or reduced by increasing or reducing the volume of the chamber 11, a rate of change in passage resistance as a plurality of the whole openings is set smaller than that of the opening 12 of another passage 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
