PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an OFDM receiver capable of correctly performing reception of an OFDM signal even when the number of points of a receiver side FFT circuit 74 differs from the number of points required by the received OFDM signal in the case of receiving the OFDM signal. SOLUTION: The OFDM receiver 1 receives each of time series data of a received C-OFDM signal at input terminals 52 whose number is equal to the number of carriers among input terminals and receives data of zero value at the other input terminals 53 in the case of receiving the C-OFDM signal the number of carriers of which is less than the number N of the input terminals of an FFT circuit 74. Then top data and frequency series data at an interval of [(N/M)-1] sets from the top are outputted to an amplitude adjustment circuit 77 among frequency series data outputs of the FFT circuit 74.
