PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce reflections of members for holding prisms 30, 32 as far as possible. SOLUTION: A couple of the prisms 30, 32 are arranged on either side of a partial area at a front side of an image sensing unit 22, so that light coming from either side of a camera system 20 is led to the image sensing unit 22 through the prisms 30, 32. A wide-angle lens 58 is arranged in the other area at the front side of the image sensing unit 22, so that light coming from the front and obliquely downward direction of the camera system 20 is led to the image sensing unit 22 through the wide-angle 58. Tapered holding portions 47, 49 that are located between the prisms 30, 32, and the wide-angle lens 58 that are housed inside a prism holder 40 for holding the prisms 30, 32, are formed thinner as they come closer to the image sensing unit 22.
