PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic schematic flow diagram data generating system providing a simple registration method. SOLUTION: The system comprising: a plurality of network elements 1; at least one operation system 3 connected to the network elements 1; and a network management system 5 connected to the operation system 3, is constituted such that the operation system 3 converts an alarm of the network elements 1 adopting a unique management form into a trail name being a common format and informs the network management system 5 about the converted name.
