PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new alarm which can accurately inform others of the location in which he is located at the present, without using own physical strength. SOLUTION: This alarm is an alarm which emits light and sound consisting of a luminescence part which emits light, a sound-generating part which utters sound, and a power supply circuit which supplies them with power source. The alarm utters voice from the sound generating part so as to make others pay attention by informing of its own presence, and emits light from the luminescence part so as to teach others of its location.
