PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide display matching a learning level of a user in the form of an electronic manual. SOLUTION: A tag is attached in the head of a data block consisting of a plurality of data groups, and according to a correspondence table inside the tag, a data group suitable for a level of the user is extracted to be displayed.
