PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a website operating system allowing anyone to easily create and maintain websites. SOLUTION: The website operating system comprises a mail server which delivers emails sent to a specific mail address to a specific program; a program for processing the emails; and a WWW server in charge of display. The program for processing the emails separates the emails based upon the MIME codes into text, instructions, images, voice and the like, stores them, and mediates between the emails and other programs. The program stores normal-text emails with text and instructions separated from each other and mediates between the emails and the other programs.
