PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional shape processing method capable of determining the difference of two three-dimensional models with a simple method and displaying this portion so as to be visually easily determinable. SOLUTION: Z-Value of each pixel on each plane of models A and B is calculated/stored (S1), and the minimum value of Z-values of the model B is taken out (S2). When a pixel having a Z-value smaller than the Z-value taken in S2 is present among the Z-values of the model A (S3: Yes), the position of such a pixel in the model A is dotted (S4). The minimum value of the remaining Z-values of the model B is taken out (S5), and when a pixel having a Z-value smaller than the Z-value taken in S5 is present among the Z-values of the model A (S6: Yes), the position of such a pixel in the model A is dotted (S7). As long as the Z-values of the models B are left (S8: Yes), the processing of S5-S7 is repeated. When no Z-value is left in the model B (S8: No), and a Z-value larger than the finally taken Z-value of the model B is present (S9: Yes), the position of such a pixel in the model A is dotted (S10).
